The Seattle-based couple's announcement came after they both announced career changes with Poureetezadi opening a body-positive gym called Bliss Theory and Goytowski opening a law firm RJG Law for catastrophic injuries.
They previously spoke to People about they had 'no plan' ahead of their child's arrival.
'I think the plan is no plan. I think I'm going to have to see how I feel in the moment and just kind of go with that,' Bliss said.
'I'm really trying to go into this with no expectations, except that I want it to be as peaceful and calm as it can be.'
